Thomas Ashton Institute to host 2018 Lane Lecture and Symposium

Registration is now open for the 2018 Lane Lecture and Symposium, which will focus on occupational health and takes place on Tuesday 6 November.
The 2018 edition of the Lane Lecture and Symposium - an annual event held in honour of the first ever Professor of Occupational Health, Ronald Lane - will be held by the Thomas Ashton Institute.
This year’s edition focuses on occupational health. Professor John Cherrie, Principal Scientist at the Institute of Occupational Medicine, will provide the lecture on "the exposome and work".
The lecture will be held in the Barnes Wallis Building on the University’s North Campus. The event starts at 3pm with registration and will finish with a free drinks reception and finger buffet held between 6 and 7.30pm.
