TAI secures funds from Tyndall Centre for COMAH Project
17 March 2020
The institute has been able to secure funding from the prestigious Tyndall Centre for Climate Change Research.
The proposed project will include a workshop scheduled for March 17, 2020 at The University of Manchester, to explore the impact of climate change on Risk and Resilience of COMAH sites.
The workshop will explore the impacts that COMAH sites and their supply chains could expect from climate change and assess how workplaces are handling and planning for the effects of climate change, with a focus on health and safety.
Outputs collated from the day will feed into a briefing paper, to be presented to colleagues at the University and to the wider community
