The Resilient Net Zero theme aims to explore and address the safety challenges associated with achieving a sustainable industrial landscape and built environment. The theme focuses on:

  • Ensuring that the transition to net zero does not lead to safety incidents.
  • Developing adaptable regulatory approaches for transformed infrastructures.
  • Assuring the safety of new and emerging technologies in the energy transition.
  • Reducing risks linked to the shift towards a decentralised energy landscape.
